4. Your Code, Your IP
This is important: for client engagements, the intellectual property ownership of deliverables will be clearly defined in your service agreement. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you retain 100% ownership of all custom-developed code, designs, and assets that we create during your engagement. We build for you, and what we build belongs to you.

We treat all client information as confidential. Your business details, project specifics, and proprietary data stay between us. We will not share any of it with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law. Trust is the foundation of every engagement we take on.
6. Limitation of Liability
Bacancy Technology is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that arise from using our website or services. Our total liability in any situation will not exceed the fees you paid for the specific services related to the claim. We stand behind our work, and our service agreements include clear terms about what happens if something goes wrong.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled through the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. For client engagements, specific jurisdiction terms may be defined in your service agreement.
